Welcome to Education and Training!

In the Education and Training cluster, students choose one of three pathways--Administration and Administrative Support, Professional Support Services, or Teaching and Training. One required foundation course, five related pathway courses, and six specialized pathway courses are offered in this cluster. Credentialing opportunities and articulation of courses with post secondary institutions help provide the basis for identifying courses and course content for each pathway. Each course contains specific content standards indicating what students should know and be able to do upon completion of each course. The foundation course, Education and Training, is the prerequisite course for entering any pathway within the cluster.

The Career Tech Student Organization for this cluster is Future Educators Association (FEA) whose activities help students develop their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success. Click the following link for FEA. http://www.futureeducators.org/

This cluster is offered at the following school: Montgomery High School. Students should talk to their high school counselor for specific information on enrolling in the Education and Training cluster.
