Even though Heath Science students are looking to the future, it’s important to be inspired by the success of last school year. Health Science students earned the state approved and business recognized C.N.A. Certification. Health Science students had a record breaking 1,051 total credentials earned in Health Science last school year with 222 graduating seniors pursuing post-secondary and career ready options in the health or medical field.
As the demand for a highly skilled workforce continues to grow, Career and Technical Education expanded its Health Science curriculum to meet the growing needs of business and industry. A huge part of the expansion is the technological patient simulators to replicate real-life patient situations. This addition provides a learning environment for students to acquire knowledge and hands-on skills for a growing global society.
