Williamson HS hosted LifeSouth for the annual blood drive. LifeSouth had the opportunity to work with the JROTC Cadets again this year. Thomas Hardin of LifeSouth is quoted as saying, "They were professional, respectful, eager to learn, and happy to help. Considering the number of last minute changes that had to be made while making sure not to interrupt the academic testing taking place, we could not have had a successful blood drive at Williamson High School without the JROTC cadets." Williamson High School, with the assistance of their JROTC cadre, helped to collect enough blook to affect up to 123 lives in the community. "The Williamson High School JROTC cadets have proven themselves to be an exemplary group of young people."
