National Technical Honor Society

Posted by Melody Ardis in Great News!

With the start of the new school year, Career & Technical Education students will again have the opportunity to join the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS). Students designated with this distinction have successfully met the criteria of a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA in their CTE coursework in addition to being recognized for their accomplishments during the NTHS Induction Ceremonies.

Senior members of NTHS are working hard to make the grade and prepare for an exciting year. Between the whirlwind of senior activities and festivities, topped by the graduation ceremony itself, students will be inducted in to the National Technical Honor Society.

Last school year, during the week of May 16, 2016, three hundred and seventy three graduating seniors were recognized by wearing the National Technical Honor Society honor cord during graduation ceremonies throughout the district. Something to look forward to for this year’s senior inductees!

Here’s to another great year for NTHS!
